Description:

As a Fixed Operations Advisor, you will drive Fixed Operations Consulting business growth by acquiring new clients and building well-developed relationships through strategic marketing and networking. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with teams, and leveraging industry expertise to achieve revenue goals and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads using multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing Teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the Fixed Operations sales pipeline to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships through networking and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Teams and Partners to maximize market coverage.
  • Perform in-store Fixed Operations Department analysis, formulate a game plan, and present to Stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
  • Fixed Operations Management experience.
  • Ability to commit to frequent travel, potentially 100% of the time.


The pay range for this position is 71,291 - 148,067. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location.
