As a Fixed Operations Advisor, you will drive Fixed Operations Consulting business growth by acquiring new clients and building well-developed relationships through strategic marketing and networking. The pay range for this position is 71,291 - 148,067. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location. Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads using multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Partner with Marketing Teams to develop and deploy strategic marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Fixed Operations sales pipeline to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships through networking and industry events.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Teams and Partners to maximize market coverage.
- Perform in-store Fixed Operations Department analysis, formulate a game plan, and present to Stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
- Fixed Operations Management experience.
- Ability to commit to frequent travel, potentially 100% of the time.
