Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, coordinate and execute all digital marketing campaigns within email, website, and social media channels. Campaigns include major marketing and loyalty campaigns, including store events (Grand Re-openings, Competitive Blunting, Community Events).
Partners with Albertsons' National marketing team to ensure nationally led marketing campaigns are planned, communicated and launched with a division-minded focus.
Develop and implement social media content calendars using information from weekly ad planning meetings and touch-bases with the Marketing Director.
Create digital marketing content for social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok), paid media, and email campaigns.
Implement digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and sales.
Publish social media content and manage weekly reporting, including content tagging.
Works closely with Media Agencies, including trafficking creative design requests.
Work closely with local vendor partners to develop and execute local digital marketing campaigns, while maintaining a revenue stream of vendor marketing funds.
Manage the loyalty program, including weekly reporting, offer development, employee incentives, and customer/associate support.
Update website content for accuracy, including party platter content and store hours.
Works closely with graphic design team to develop in-store POS material, and digital creative.
Manage division marketing sweepstakes.
Monitors social media comments, assisting the customer support team on customer inquiries, while serving as the eyes and ears of our brand for potential social media risks.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Responsible for all digital marketing and loyalty marketing elements and functions, including the impacts on store operations.
Qualifications: The following are preferred:
Education Level:
Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Experience Level:
Minimum 4 years Digital Marketing Experience in retail industry preferred
Grocery experience preferred
5 years of management experience
Skills and Experiences:
Understanding of marketing strategy, user acquisition, and digital engagement.
Understanding of digital marketing channel optimization, including paid media, push messaging, and email campaigns.
Experience of multi-channel digital media content planning and execution, including the ability to build, coordinate, and balance content calendars, and scheduling content.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media trends (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok).
Experience sourcing and managing content from development through publishing.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Creative thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work individually or in a team environment.
Skilled in creating presentations.
Position may require work during "non-traditional" hours including evenings and weekends, including occasional overnight/weekend travel.
25% travel to stores and time in community that the division serves.
The salary range is $92,000 to $126,610 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.
Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
Workday is fast paced, some evening and weekend work may be required.
