As the Manager, People Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic priorities of the People team, ensuring a people-first employee experience. You are a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment, translating vision into action and driving accountability. With your experience in HR program management, you will help drive high-impact initiatives that support our people and business goals. Collaborating closely with the Chief People Office, the People Leadership Team and cross-functional teams, you will leverage data and best practices to support the optimization of our people strategies.

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team to drive accountability and execution of people strategies and ensure alignment with company priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement high-impact programs
  • Supports the execution of defined people strategies to align with business goals and enhance the employee experience
  • Leverage technology and data to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness
  • Own and manage strategic HR projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting efforts, collaborating with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure strategic alignment with business needs
  • Supports the rollout of new HR initiatives by developing change management plans and measuring effectiveness through employee feedback and engagement
  • Research and apply best practices in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development to continuously improve and innovate people programs
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate key insights, recommendations, and the impact of people initiatives to senior leadership


Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
  • Minimum of 8 years in related field
  • Bachelor's degree
