Description:
We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Transformation Enablement Business Systems Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team within Enterprise Services. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for analyzing complex business problems across multiple supply chain pillars, coordinating with internal and cross-functional partners, and developing efficient solutions using various tools and systems. In this role, you will leverage your experience and understanding of business processes and operations to gather and ideate system requirements, streamlining processes for automation and efficiency. Your expertise will enable the development of scalable and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of Meta's internal customers. As a Transformation Enablement Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams Cross Functional Partners including operations, process engineering, procurement, compliance, and sourcing within the supply chain organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience and service efficiency. Your work will involve close collaboration with other Enterprise Services teams such as Helpdesk (Enterprise Support Services), Enterprise Products, Collaboration Technology, Exec Support, Procurement, New Hire Orientation, sourcing, and Contingent Worker Experience teams. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of enterprise supply chain in the High Tech industry, leveraging trends such as: * Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance customer experience and improve issue resolution * Cloud-based technologies to enable seamless collaboration and communication with internal customers * Data analytics and insights to inform customer support strategies and drive business outcomes * Omnichannel engagement to provide personalized and consistent experiences across multiple touch-points

Transformation Enablement Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
- Drive transformative initiatives from the front by partnering with key stakeholders to guide them - from ideation to completion - through complex, highly interdependent projects/programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to understand business needs, conducting thorough analysis to translate those needs into recommendations and system requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate with best practices to ensure end-to-end process and tool consistency, driving innovation and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer support needs, including driving the design and implementation of data models, reports, and dashboards to support organization metrics and KPIs.
- Use data to define KPI and success criteria for projects/initiatives, measure the current state, and track key indicators to drive improvement, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Enterprise Supply Chain processes and systems, organize and manage the troubleshooting of technical issues, providing timely updates to the business to ensure minimal impact on operations.
- Manage projects with broad scope and high levels of interdependency on internal and external Cross Functional teams, systems, and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
- At least 4 years of experience in the analytics field or similar field.
- Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
- Experience understanding how to deal with internal customers within a dynamic and ever changing.
- Experience communicating and problem solving leadership with leadership.
- Experience working collaboratively with Cross Functional Partner teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of business systems and technical problem-solving.
- Experience managing technical projects with broad scope from ideation to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a supply chain operations environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, etc.).
- Experience building and deploying systems/processes at scale.
