Role Overview

Sodexo is #NowHiring our Facilities Maintenance, Operations and Quality Program Manager for public and private K12 schools, with extensive national travel. Our leader will have experience documenting Facility Condition Assessments in VFA Capital Planning Software or a similar software (required). This role will manage Hands On training and mentoring for our Facilities Engineers and mechanics. Strong executive presence and extensive mechanical expertise are required to present to C-Suite level clients on complex mechanical, facilities and asset management projects including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Demonstrated history of heavy technical experience in Maintenance and Engineering, Gap Analysis and using data to improve overall Facilities Maintenance Programs is required.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for school facilities
  • Track facilities maintenance program KPIs and use that data to improve performance
  • Ensure maintenance best practices are being followed consistently across multiple sites

What You Bring

  • The dedication to get their hands dirty, jump in and help and train and mentor our team on Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical support for our schools
  • Experience presenting Gap Analysis on the overall Maintenance Program to influence Facilities strategies to C- Suite level clients
  • Extensive history of developing SOPs and providing hands-on technical training
  • Experience managing FCAs and providing a complete strategy to manage school districts
  • Heavy Technical Experience in Maintenance and Engineering, Facility Condition Assessment

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
MinimumManagement Experience: 0-5 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years
