Analyst Sr

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing company functions, processes, and activities to optimize computer-based business applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the most effective use of organizational resources including money, materials, equipment, and personnel. The Sr. Analyst leverages available system resources and collaborates with internal personnel to conduct detailed analyses that support management's efforts toward improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing company functions and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through technology and process enhancements.
• Evaluate current and future business needs, providing insights into optimal use of computer systems and business applications.
• Conduct thorough reviews of information, forecasting models, methods, schedules, systems, and procedures to develop actionable business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Present well-supported alternatives and solutions to senior management, aligning recommendations with strategic organizational goals.
• Support implementation efforts and measure the impact of proposed solutions on overall business performance.

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Specialized skills required, such as bilingual capabilities (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
