Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Functional Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in SAP QM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP QM in Sales Inspection Production Inspection Procurement and Quality Notifications.
Responsibilities:
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Summary:

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP QM processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM configurations and customizations.
- Resolve issues related to SAP QM in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all SAP QM processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on resource allocation and timelines.
- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP QM developments and incorporate relevant advancements into the system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system performance.
- Extensive experience in SAP QM including Sales Inspection, Production Inspection, Procurement and Quality Notifications.
- Solid grasp of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Proven track record of successful SAP QM implementations.
- Thorough and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Must be adaptable to changing business needs and requirements.
- Should have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
