Join our state-of-the-art, fully automated distribution center in Moore, SC, as a Senior Operations Manager, where technology meets innovation. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations in a high-volume environment powered by Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), conveyors, scanning zones, and PLCs. You'll lead a team of manager-level associates, drive lean process improvements, and influence cross-functional strategies to elevate operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead warehouse operations with a sharp focus on safety, efficiency, and performance in a fully automated facility
  • Supervise and develop a team of managers and their direct reports, creating a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste, improve throughput, and streamline processes
  • Manage shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, and space optimization strategies
  • Drive operational reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors to improve service, performance, and cost-efficiency
  • Provide strategic insight into process enhancements, policy development, and long-term planning
  • Recommend and implement departmental procedures that drive scalable, sustainable growth
  • Be a key contributor to our leadership team, influencing operational plans and strategy across the organization


What You Bring to the Team:
Minimum 8 years of relevant operational leadership experience, including:
  • At least 5 years leading manager-level staff
  • 3+ years in a fully automated distribution or manufacturing environment
    Bachelor's degree required (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred)
    Proven ability to manage complexity and drive performance in high-tech environments
    Mastery in lean/continuous improvement and KPI optimization
    Strong working knowledge of WMS, automation, ASRS systems, and material handling technologies
    Exceptional communication and influencing skills - able to build engagement at all levels


Preferred Expertise:
Project management and headcount planning
Automation/WMS integration
Deep understanding of fulfillment automation (e.g., AutoStore, OPEX, AMRs/AGVs)
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align people with a common goal
Resilient, strategic thinker with a passion for driving meaningful change

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,500.00 - $170,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
