Mechanical Engineer - Optical Design

We are a leading optical Engineering company focused in the latest technology in holographic waveguides and used in augmented reality. We have our own patented optical platform and photopolymer technology to be cost effective in the manufacturing process. As we grow we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team. This person will focus on precision opto-mechanical design for waveguide displays and holographic manufacturing tech.

Key Requirements:

• Design hardware while using CAD / CAM tools, SolidWorks and GD&T
• Support and build hardware designs, tools and processes with R&D
• Maintain reporting and documentation of tools and process and designs
• Create technical drawings for project procurement
• Have experience in opto-mechanical design
• Knowledge of design stages including translation and rotation stages
