About This Role

As the Sr. Manager, Finance- Corporate Functions at our dynamic and forward-thinking organization, you'll step into a pivotal role that's essential to our financial health and business strategy. You will take on the responsibility of leading Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for our Global Business Services, Legal & Compliance, and select IT functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Functions Finance, your insights and analyses will be crucial in supporting management decisions across different functions. With your expertise, you will manage the General & Administrative (G&A) and IT consolidation process, alongside the IT Capital Expenditure (Capex) process. In this multifaceted position, you will serve as a trusted business partner, shining a light on the financial implications of business decisions and advocating for financial discipline. Your commitment to flawless execution and integrity will ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting close and control processes. What You'll Do
Lead budgeting and forecasting for respective functions, ensuring comprehensive and strategic financial planning.
Conduct management reporting of monthly and quarterly results, presenting key financial insights to business partners.
Highlight risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making throughout the year.
Provide strategic finance decision support, including business case review and vendor contract analysis.
Drive efficiencies in processes and resource allocation, aiming to optimize function performance.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintaining rigorous accounting oversight.
Manage the G&A consolidation, including preparation of earnings materials and leading the Day 5 Close process.
Support G&A flux analysis and ensure the accuracy of Affiliate vs. Corporate G&A cost reporting.
Proactively engage in continuous process improvement, advocating for automation and enhanced accuracy.
Contribute to ad hoc projects within the Finance Organization as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Qualifications

Your expertise in financial modeling and your proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint set you apart. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build effective relationships across all levels and functions within the organization. You're known for your attention to detail and your ability to prioritize the bigger picture. With a high sense of urgency, you meet tight deadlines while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities. Your analytical abilities and business acumen allow you to craft compelling stories from data and metrics, driving home recommendations and conclusions with impact. Decisive, accountable, and comfortable with ambiguity, you are well-suited for a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, accounting, or audit
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Distinctive quantitative, critical thinking, and modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, and Business Objects
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and strategic skill set
  • Exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build productive working relationships
  • Attention to detail with an "80/20" mindset
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $169,000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
