What Youll Do:

• Deliver ML-driven Insights Design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power our core search ranking and relevance systems, ensuring users find the most relevant listings effortlessly.
• Support Personalization Efforts Contribute to the development of recommendation algorithms to tailor search results based on user behavior, preferences, and intent.
• Learn Data Pipeline Development Assist in creating and maintaining ETL pipelines to process large datasets, supporting real-time search intelligence.
• Leverage the Latest in AI Apply state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to enhance search relevance, query understanding, and ranking.
• Deploy & Optimize in Production Assist in taking ML models from experimentation to production using AWS, Docker, and scalable systems.
• Collaborate Across Teams Work with engineering, product, and data science teams to implement search-driven experiences and ML solutions.

What Youll Bring:

• Educational Background BS/MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Foundational ML Knowledge Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their applications in search or recommendation systems.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Data Processing Basic experience with data processing and analysis techniques.
• Eagerness to Learn Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies and ML techniques in a real-world setting.
• Communication Skills Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
