Key ResponsibilitiesCo-reporting to the Chief Commercial and Chief Medial Officers, the Executive Director, Global Strategic capabilities, Insights & Analytics will be responsible, across Commercial, Medical Affairs & Clinical, to lead key enterprise capabilities including technology initiatives, digital omnichannel & artificial intelligence transformation, insights generation, and analytics to enable global product adoption and clinical trial recruitment. This highly visible role will present recommendations to senior management and board of directors that influence short- and long-term planning on a routine basis, offering significant opportunities to define our overall strategy.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Commercial Operations, insights and analytics


Support business reviews with leadership and governance, including with the Global Medicines Committee and the Board of Directors


Support quarterly earnings calls working with cross-functional team


Drive the global brand strategy planning process


Drive the commercial forecast continuously considering key internal and external impact, risks, and opportunities on revenue


Ensure alignment and execution of the overall commercial strategy and monitor performance to KPIs


Develop, deliver, and execute market research and insight plans that support the brand strategy


Drive and manage critical operational aspects of the Commercial team


Lead the commercial assessment of major business opportunities (internal and external) with potential for major impact on Immunocores long term growth / profitability




Strategic Corporate Capabilities


Drive Digital omnichannel transformation continuously adopting new technologies, improving targeting and ROI to support commercial and clinical success


Evolve the business model integrating new tools for decision making, targeting and driving performance


Transform technology adoption, working with IT, to standardize the adoption of AI-tools and agents


Develop & standardize reporting capabilities for Commercial, Clinical and Medical Affairs team


Ensure data is compliantly stored, analyzed and visualized in accordance with Immunocore policies and applicable laws


Facilitate the integration of all market data sources within our selected data hosting and warehousing platform


Maximize the value of current capabilities



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Experience & knowledge



At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the Pharma/Biotech field


Oncology Brand strategy experience required


Experience deploying omni-channel tactics


Strong knowledge of United States syndicated pharmaceutical industry data and experience integrating these data sources into an in-house data warehousing platform


Expert in gathering new insights through innovative platforms and market research techniques


Strong knowledge of best industry-standard CRM and BI tools relevant to pharma industry


Commercial operational experience preferred (sales, marketing, etc.)


Curious and data driven mindset, constantly questioning assumptions, and working with a sense of urgency to enable the delivery of the best care to patients with cancer

Understand, respect and abide by all local rules and regulations pertaining to pursuing pharmaceutical activities




Education & qualifications
