- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on user acquisition and product engagement.
- Lead A/B testing efforts to identify optimal product features and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track growth progress and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager in early stage startups.
- Strong knowledge of app growth strategies and user acquisition tactics.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledgable with MixPanel and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
