Job Description:

Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
MOD will need to provide periodic updates to stakeholders on all critical issues.
These updates need to be informative and crisp.
Should have experience in production support.
Should know how to drive production issue calls (RRTs), engage right parties during the call and provide updates to client during the call.
Should be comfortable working in odd hours (outside business hours, weekends, or holidays).
Issues can happen anytime, and expectations are MOD should be present in all critical calls.
Should have experience leading a team.
MOD will need to coordinate with multiple vendors at onshore and offshore and gather critical information.
Should have background on Problem management, change management and Issue management.
On Technical aspects, MOD is expected to have knowledge in monitoring tool (Datadog) and Service Now (to track tickets, changes).
Knowledge on scripting language like Python is a plus but not mandatory.
Should be able to create reports on Adhoc basis and present to stakeholders as and when asked.
