The Opportunity:
We're looking for a passionate, full-stack software engineer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team building and launching capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the cybersecurity field. You'll have the opportunity to work on building a web-based SaaS solution, automating cybersecurity risk management and vulnerability and configuration monitoring.
You'll be responsible for breaking down use cases, and designing and implementing complex system modules, interfaces, and features. You'll leverage your technical expertise in web technologies, Cloud, and software engineering to modernize and re-factor traditional web application components. You'll develop robust, secure, and performant production-grade software. You'll use your communication skills to work with a team to build, test, and operate system capabilities.
You'll leverage your expertise in full-stack web application development and experience with software design and implementation and will learn new languages, technologies, and codebases quickly. You will work independently while collaborating with a team to review code and solve problems.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming, such as C# or Java
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases in production, such as SQL Server or Postgres
- 5+ years of experience with web development languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and with frameworks, such as jQuery, Vue, or React
- Experience with Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with RMF/ATO, FedRAMP, and CMMC frameworks
- Experience with .NET Core, MVC, and LINQ/Entity Framework
- Experience with endpoint, Cloud, container, SAST, and DAST vulnerability tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Experience with pub/sub tools, such as SQS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Experience with containers, such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Secret clearance
- Master's degree
