Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Enterprise Intake Leadership & Strategic Work Management
- Partner with business units across the organization to lead the intake of new work, ensuring clarity, alignment, and readiness before initiatives enter the execution pipeline.
- Drive the end-to-end intake lifecycle-scoping requests, coordinating stakeholder alignment, setting timelines, and ensuring project viability.
- Serve as a central point of contact for intake governance, prioritization, and cross-functional planning, ensuring work is appropriately vetted and sequenced.
- Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams and manage intake to avoid duplication, delays, or misalignment.
Project Management from Intake to Go-Live
- Own the operational delivery of intake-approved initiatives, overseeing each stage from initiation through execution and successful go-live.
- Build and maintain intake project plans, manage interdependencies, and coordinate resource alignment to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor milestone progress, identify risks, and drive corrective action to keep projects on track across business and technical teams.
- Lead post-launch handoffs and retrospective reviews to refine intake and execution models based on learnings.
Process Optimization & Tooling
- Enhance intake workflows by implementing tools, templates, and systems that drive visibility, standardization, and accountability.
- Use data-driven insights to improve intake velocity, success rate, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordinate regular reviews of intake and project health, adjusting prioritization or resources in response to business needs.
- Champion continuous improvement in intake processes, documentation quality, and cross-team collaboration.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for supporting and managing intake operations and project oversight.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with functional leaders to promote shared ownership of intake strategy and delivery outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, reinforcing a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution excellence.
- Help shape intake capacity planning and workforce alignment strategies to support future business growth.
