We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day customer systems, sales, profitability, communications, and relationships for assigned sales accounts. This role is pivotal in achieving targets and strategies set by the Sales Director/Business Development Director. As the key point of contact for assigned customer representatives, you will be responsible for identifying, building, supporting, and developing long-term relationships.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales, customer systems (input and reporting), profitability, communications, and relationships for existing customer representatives to achieve targets.
- Collaboratively develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts with guidance from the Sales Director/Business Development Director.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on customer systems and processes (including commercialization, audits, facility approvals, etc.).
- Identify, develop, and deliver cost savings and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support new product development projects, product transitions, and the commercialization process with guidance from the Sr. Business Development Director.
- Support and execute account planning and forecasting, including sales budgeting.
- Act as an internal liaison to support manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 3 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, marketing management, or business development in a consumer products and/or retail organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel 25%
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to leverage and effectively navigate and build internal and external relationships.
- Strong multi-tasking and superior time management skills.
- Exemplary written, verbal, and social skills.
