Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist. Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher-level Degree. Must be licensed as Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois. Minimum of four (4) years of Clinical nursing experience. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)card. Preferred Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support(ASLS) certification House Supervisor CORRECTIONS facility. Will rotate holidays and every other weekend. Every other weekend,7p-7a. Cook County is a Mandatory Float facility. All resources are required to float as needed. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
