Workday Time Management provides an end-to-end solution to manage all aspects of worker's Time Tracking and worker's Time Offs for millions of employees.

On this team, you'll be working with key architects, product managers, and other stakeholders delivering a new generation of on-demand enterprise solution designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses.

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA counterparts on functional design and analysis of requirements
- Design and develop a product in a metadata-based development environment
- Develop and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an OO language and support tools
- Build and enhance reliable automated tests
- Resolve customer reported issues
- Learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, technical reviews, hackathons and shared communication tools
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus
- 5 + years of OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc...(knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)
Other Qualifications
- Experience designing/developing business applications
- Prior experience writing automation code unit/ system test is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of design and analysis of software for performance
- You feel the key to good object oriented development is strong design patterns
- You believe applications should be usable and configurable
- Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
