CACI is seeking an energetic, thoughtful, and highly motivated individual to serve as a Business Process Consultant, providing on-site client support for Maritime Industrial Base program support and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business process solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with client objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define needs, refine strategies, and ensure continuous improvement across projects, contributing to the success of critical business initiatives.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Define client needs and determine strategies for process improvements, ensuring alignment with program goals and industry best practices.
- Analyze business and technical processes to develop and refine workflows that streamline project execution and align with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with business and/or technology teams to gather requirements, ensuring comprehensive understanding of functions and data acquisition.
- Evaluate and implement improvement programs, ensuring outcomes that support program milestones and objectives.
- Facilitate and coach improvement teams, contributing to a culture of continuous process enhancements and alignment with broader program goals.
- Develop and track performance metrics to assess and report on progress, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver results.
- Support key meetings and business events by developing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that all action items are tracked and addressed.
- Interact with government, military, and executive senior leadership, providing clear, concise reports and status updates that contribute to informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business process solutions, with a focus on supporting complex projects and operational initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in creating detailed reports and presentations for decision-makers.
- Experience working with government and military clients, with preference for NAVSEA familiarity.
- Strong skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and system integration, with an understanding of how these contribute to broader project goals.
- Proven ability to work across functional teams and coordinate activities to drive successful program outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in providing reports and updates to senior leadership.
