The Importance of the Role
Sarepta Therapeutics is looking for a Senior Manager IT Supply Chain who will be responsible for the portfolio of applications utilized by Sarepta's global Supply Chain teams. As an IT Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the definition, development, implementation, management, and compliance of Supply Chain applications. You will serve as the primary contact for the business and vendor partners within the portfolio. The Senior Manager will assist the business in visualizing, creating, and driving change and transformation through software and integration capabilities, while incorporating best practices and compliance requirements. This role requires a strong background in Oracle ERP Fusion, FDA GxP Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), and experience with biotech/life science companies both pre- and post-commercialization.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and influence across multiple teams
  • Understand and connect operational processes to system activities to troubleshoot and optimize in partnership with the global operations staff
  • Develop and manage the IT supply chain systems roadmap in conjunction with internal business owners, and ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Provide IT leadership for supply chain portions of Oracle ERP Fusion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals
  • Primary owner of all regulatory compliance (GxP/CSV/CSA) processes and controls for supply chain portions of Oracle ERP Fusion
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure timely execution and delivery of initiatives
  • Monitor system and project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions


More about You
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, logistics, engineering or a closely related field with Supply Chain experience; graduate studies a plus
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting supply chain systems, with multiple system implementations
  • Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Fusion
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and quality systems combined with regulatory processes
  • Direct experience supporting a validated (GxP/CSV/CSA) system; certification a plus
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Proficiency in integrations with both internal and external systems

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
