What You'll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy (individuals, couples, or groups) for clients across the lifespan
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (optional but welcome)
- Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, DBT, etc.) in a trauma-informed framework
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in regular case consults and team meetings
- Create a meaningful, ethically grounded clinical practice aligned with your values
Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
- Comfortable with telehealth (or open to in-person/hybrid work in [city])
- Skilled in working with diverse populations and culturally competent in your approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while valuing team collaboration
- Tech-savvy, organized, and clear in your documentation
