Raytheon Technologies has an opening for an Sr. Manager Strategic Sourcing - Real Estate.

What You Will Do

  • Negotiation: Build a strategy, lead and drive contract negotiations on complex real estate agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions and commercials are achieved on a functional, financial and performance objectives for RTX
  • Strategic Sourcing: Responsible for developing an annual strategic sourcing plan in collaboration with functional leads, as well as carrying out the developed strategy
  • Contract Review & Drafting: Review, draft requirements, and revise a variety of contracts including construction, facilities management, project management and leasing agreements
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including real estate, legal, finance, cyber to align contract terms with company objectives
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationship with suppliers, spend analysis and ensuring adherence to agreed terms and resolving and contract related issues
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, changes, and best practices and strategic sourcing leading practices and provide guidance to functional leads
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements in deal tracking (savings, risk, metrics) and contract management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Effectively manage renewals, RFPs, and RFQs in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 8+ years experience in RFPs, contract negotiations and management on a global scale in Construction, Project Management, Utilities
  • Microsoft Suite of Product including Excel, Word and Teams
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Preferably 8 or more years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts
  • Strong project management skills and spend analysis
  • Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
  • Ability to develop effective presentations and documents used for leadership reviews
  • Experience in negotiating statements of work for contingent labor and software contracts

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
