YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Director of CRM oversees Rosendin's CRM efforts nationally. Based in San Jose and reporting to the Vice President of Pre-Construction, this role requires a thorough understanding and practical experience of managing large platform relational databases and ancillary support programming. This position also requires a deep understanding of the business as well as effective sales funnels strategies. The Director of CRM will provide insight and constructive input as a senior member of the Business Development team responsible for establishing objectives, strategies and performance standards supported within a continuous improvement culture that consistently positions the business for ongoing success. The Director of CRM will provide leadership direction and mentoring of the Oracle/Salesforce/CORE CRM solutions, capabilities, and solutions.

Pay Range
$164,300.00-$215,600.00 Annual

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provides strategic leadership for national CRM analytics, leveraging insights for business objectives, strategies, and performance standards that supports corporate National BD priorities.
- Partners with internal clients, including but not limited to Business Development Managers, Preconstruction Managers and Operations personnel to evaluate business sales funnel challenges while providing quantitative analytics to improve on sales pipeline management efficiencies.
- Creates an annual CRM strategy that supports annual National BD goals, strategies and execution tactics across all Rosendin operations regions.
- Provides leadership direction and oversight of national CRM financials to ensure positive financial indicators and risk management.
- Maintains and monitors all relationships with existing customers of CRM systems. Instills and promotes a "win-win" attitude with Business Development, Preconstruction, Finance, IT and other areas of pre-sales, engagement, and retention programs.
- Provides input and guidance to executive leadership for development and of National BD goals, strategies and execution plans.
- Builds relationships with industry peers and represents Rosendin both internally and externally.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, emerging technologies, and systems to improve and streamline project development effectiveness.
- Manages P&L for all CRM activities, including CRM staff personnel
- Presents periodic performance strategy updates and metrics to the VP of Preconstruction and executive leadership.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Executive Vice President.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Advanced business knowledge of all aspects of construction sales funnels required.
- Mastery of analytical and problem-solving skills within a complex relational database platform
- Demonstrates record of successful leadership in complex business situations
- Advanced organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Exudes a highly credible balance of professional leadership and interpersonal skills to exert influence and network at all levels within the organization.
- A strong, visible leader who takes a collaborative approach with others and comes across as approachable.

- Proficient in various advanced relational databased programs, Oracle and Microsoft software suites.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or other industry-related field required, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience with 10 years in a senior leadership position within a large-scale national construction company, CRM management, B2B sales/marketing environment, business intelligence analytics, database design and end-to-end implementation of CRM, Marketing and Analytics systems.
TRAVEL
- 25 - 50%
- This is a 75% online and 25% in-office role.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
- Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
