CORPORATE ACCOUNTING AND SEC REPORTING MANAGER:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

? Coordination and preparation of all SEC filings including 10-Q?s,10-K?s, 8-K?s, 11-K?s, proxy material and annual reports. All reporting must be completed within the requisite time frame.

? Ownership of the preparation, accuracy, completion and timeliness of external financial statements and disclosures.

? Routine accounting close activities may include review of consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss statement.

? Responsible for maintaining and updating general accounting policies.

? Ensure compliance with all GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements, as well as federal, state, local reporting requirements.

? Monitor, evaluate and influence progress toward departmental goals.

? Research and draft technical memoranda to present a strategy on proposed or new accounting and SEC regulations that may impact the company.

? Interact closely with the external auditors and legal counsel.

? Develop and implement best practices in SEC reporting function.

? Perform other functions and duties as needed and/or required.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

? Bachelor?s Degree in accounting with at least 8 years experience in accounting with experience in public accounting a strong plus. Minimum of 2 years in a SEC reporting role.

? CPA designation desirable

? Prior preparation of SEC filings including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K and proxy statements.

? Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

? Strong computer skills required ? experience with Microsoft Office applications, accounting software systems and forecasting/budgeting tools.

? Ability to perform well under pressure and in a high-volume and changing environment.

? Demonstrates consistency, flexibility, and commitment to meet deadlines.

? Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

? Effective ability to leverage team and drive results.

? Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality.

? Supervisor experienced required.

Salary - 90-95k
