Director of Engineering Development Programs - Americas

Here is some of what you will do:

Leadership and Strategy
  • Development of a Building Operating Systems (IoT's) facilities operations program with a focus on network security compliance.
  • Development of Facilities Operations planning for new Lab spaces including basic, as well as specialized, Lab facilities.
  • Manage the development and implementation of site operations capability to monitor and control the status of site facilities system operations, using BMS controllers and the client network.
  • Manage the development and implementation of a program for Reliability Centered, condition based maintenance.
  • Oversee the CMMS work order management system application and continuous improvement, including the management of a comprehensive and accurate equipment asset database.
  • Oversee the Strategic Asset Management Plan to deliver an ongoing 3 year capital equipment refresh plan based on end of life, high Global Warming Potential refrigerant replacement, and transition of fossil fuel usage to electrical power.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of an Emergency Response program and Business Continuity Program.


Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a key client point of contact and trusted advisor for Technical Services
  • Delight our customer! Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations that outline ways to add value through Technical Services, leveraging strong technology and communication skills to effectively convey complex information and innovative solutions.


Team Development Plans
  • Responsible for developing a high-performing team, including staff succession and growth plans.


Here is who we are looking for:
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in facilities engineering management
  • Relevant experience in Labs Facilities operations, Building Management Systems (BMS), and network connected devices (IoT's) is a definite plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, including the ability to manage change effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and summarized manner
  • Proficiency in Corrigo CMMS, Google Tools, and experience in developing client/executive level presentations.


Estimated total compensation for this position:

218,625.00 - 317,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
