Cross-Business Intake Coordination

• Coordinate with teams across the business to intake new requests, validate requirements, and ensure accurate scoping.
• Serve as the intake gatekeeper-ensuring requests are documented properly, aligned to business priorities, and prepared for review.
• Track and manage incoming work through the full intake process, escalating issues and clarifying needs with stakeholders as needed.
• Support the prioritization process by gathering key details on timing, dependencies, and resource requirements.

Project Execution Oversight to Go-Live

• Project manage intake-approved work through the full lifecycle-from request intake to execution and go-live.
• Build timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate handoffs across project contributors, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and key milestones to provide real-time visibility into initiative progress.
• Coordinate go-live readiness reviews and assist with post-launch documentation and support transitions.

Process Execution & Intake Health

• Ensure consistency in intake execution by reinforcing best practices, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain intake tracking systems and dashboards, updating project statuses and delivering insights on throughput and blockers.
• Recommend improvements to intake tools and templates based on usage patterns and stakeholder feedback.
• Help operationalize intake team strategies by supporting alignment routines, retrospectives, and tool rollouts.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a key point of contact between requestors, project teams, and leadership for intake-related initiatives.
• Support cross-functional working sessions, project kickoffs, and intake prioritization discussions.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions across stakeholders clearly and proactively.
• Contribute to a collaborative, execution-focused culture that emphasizes quality, accountability, and responsiveness.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
