The Boeing Government Estimating Functional Excellence team is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Philadelphia, PA or Seattle, WA.

In this position you will be working in a dynamic environment to influence the entire Estimating function while supporting multiple programs at multiple sites. Through the Home Office Pricing Systems role, this position works with the entire acquire community. There are over 400 active users who price over 7,500 proposals annually that you would be supporting.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain pricing systems and pricing tools
  • Provide training and guidance to the proposal teams to provide quality and compliantly priced proposals
  • Provide and deliver training to Government Customers
  • Support fact finding and negotiations with Government Customers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3 + years of experience in a finance, estimating or related role


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities

Summary pay range: $78,000 - $121,900
