Job Description

US Bank is in process with a multi-year journey to migrate risk programs to the Service Now IRM platform. The GRC Business Transformation Leader is responsible for oversight and coordination of this migration, including program management, governance, and regular communications with executive sponsors and stakeholders. Additionally, this team is responsible for coordination with the key risk program leaders to identify strategy and approach to optimize their process and technology environment to deliver value and efficiency to their stakeholders while driving consistent leverage of common foundational capabilities across risk programs. This leader will also own ongoing coordination and alignment to technology delivery partners and engaged third party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resource will lead Business Transformation office responsible for migration to Service Now IRM platform from Archer
- Serve as primary coordination point between risk program leadership and technology partners, inclusive of maintaining "playbook" for engagement and workstream execution
- Drive partnership with integration providers and Bank Technology partners on development and ongoing management of the multi-year roadmap for migration
- Collaboration with risk program owners to drive consistent stakeholder inclusion and communications,
- Oversee development of common foundational capabilities leveraged across risk programs (taxonomies, data integration, intranet portal capabilities)
- Engagement in risk program conceptualization, multi-generational planning, and requirements efforts to a) ensure readiness to begin technology configuration/development, b) drive end-user efficiencies, process improvement and tool optimization and c) deliver consistent, high quality user experience

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than 15 years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
- Considerable understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people
- Effective skills at managing stressful situations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Applicable professional certifications

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $164,390.00 - $193,400.00 - $212,740.00
