Position Summary Information

  • General SummaryTheTalent Acquisition Coordinatorprovides professional-level full life cycle recruiting support to designated Commission business areas and administrative support for the Talent Acquisition Division. Leads and assists with coordinating talent acquisition programs, such as student intern and workforce pipeline programs. Aids internal and external customers with navigating applicant tracking tool and recruitment processes. Prepares reports and metrics and collects and analyzes recruitment data.Essential FunctionsLeads coordination of summer intern program activities; supports other workforce pipeline programs
  • Posts open positions on job boards
  • Reviews resumes and job applications for designated business areas or positions in order to determine if work history, education, training, knowledge, experience, job skills, abilities, and salary expectations meet the job requirements
  • Proctors pre-employment testing
  • Performs phone screens and reference checks, as appropriate
  • Attends professional job fairs and student career fairs; assisting in planning on-site hiring events
  • Uses available technology to maintain all Talent Acquisition team documents, appropriate records and materials
  • Prepares, updates and maintains reports and spreadsheets
  • Prepares and maintains metrics and recruitment activity reports
  • Assists internal and external applicants with applicant tracking system navigation
  • Reviews closeout recruitment files for accuracy, completeness and compliance
  • Orders office supplies and recruiting materials
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks throughout full lifecycle recruitment processes
  • Performs all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Other FunctionsConducts training workshops on Commission recruitment procedures and applicant tracking tool
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned

  • Minimum Education, Experience RequirementsBachelors degree and 2+ years experience coordinating recruitment/talent acquisition activities

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years experience coordinating recruiting/talent acquisition activities
  • Additional RequirementsMust be proficient in using MS Office Suite applicationsPreferencesHR certification (e.g.PHR,SPHM-CP, etc.)
  • Recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

Salary$73,926 - $125,874
