In the role of the Audit Program Manager (Quality), we'll count on you to:
- Provide concise reporting to key stakeholders when required.
- Work within the Quality Office to verify stakeholders concerns are being fully addressed.
- Support BGs and Corporate Functions when requests for special audits are received.
- Support external 3rd party project audit engagements as required.
- Maintain global/industry awareness on QMS auditing practices, systems, tools, and innovations.
- Work in support of the development of the Quality Office's organization initiatives.
- Enforce and maintain high levels of data and reporting integrity among the team. Evolve reporting to keep pace with leadership needs and maintain public reporting interfaces
- Continually refine the QMSIA Program Manual.
- Execute an appropriate number of planned audits each year as Lead Auditor to maintain awareness of audit process efficacy.
- Manage scheduling load of the QMSIA auditors.
- Must hold high levels of accountability among the Lead Auditors.
- Train, coach, and develop Lead Auditors. Drive continual learning. Support staff with effective performance feedback.
- Monitor QMSIA program budget.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years in a Quality Management role
- Ability to develop BI reports and basic SQL/VBA/Low-No Code (must be able to learn)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in similar consulting industry.
- 5+ years of Quality Auditing Experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Access
- Understanding of analytic processes
- Knowledge of ISO 19011 concepts and applicability
- Professional Bachelor's degree
- ASQ CQA or equivalent (or obtained within 1-year of assignment)
