You will be the Financial Management Manager, leading a team of analysts in the execution of various financial and business operations activities for the PAC-3 Production and International programs. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to support program success and drive business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and providing financial guidance and support to program and executive management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of analysts in the execution of financial and business operations activities, including training, proposals and negotiations support, and long-range planning
Developing and maintaining comprehensive long-range plans, quarterly contract status reviews, and monthly variance analysis and reporting
Providing financial analysis and insights to support program and executive management decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for financial and business operations activities
Supporting proposals and negotiations, including development of cost estimates and pricing strategies
Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to program and executive management, including ad-hoc requests and special projects
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their financial analysis and business operations skills

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
