Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Outpatient Clinic

Location: North Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an LCSW to join our team and bring their clinical expertise and compassion to our clients.

As an LCSW, you'll provide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, and couples. You'll work in an outpatient setting, helping clients navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. You'll have the flexibility to create treatment plans that align with the best interests of your clients while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary and manage complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in supervision, case reviews, and team meetings to ensure ongoing professional development.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and continuing education to maintain clinical excellence.


Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Active Nevada LCSW license (or license eligible within 90 days)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
  • Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed approaches, etc.)
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable with technology, including EHR systems and telehealth platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to maintaining ethical and professional standards
