Senior Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the production team and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Ensuring resources and employees are effectively supporting production demand across the facility
• Overseeing the plant's budget development and spending analysis
• Working with various departments including engineering, materials, technical support and order administration to ensure smooth operations and alignment on market trends
• Analyzing data, presenting findings, and investigating non-conformances and complaints
• Facilitating continuous training, ensuring requirements are consistently upheld
• Scheduling and leading meetings for updated product integration with new process developments
• Continuously promoting culture surrounding learning development within the organization

The Senior Production Manager should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a regulated FDA industry and/or an ISO certified organization
