Cascades is actively seeking a highly motivated and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing team and spearhead the development of high-level relationships with current and prospective referral sources.
Position Summary:
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for driving and overseeing all marketing efforts across our network of 22 facilities. This role is key to positioning Cascades Healthcare as a leader in the local geriatric care industry, while fostering strong relationships with potential patient referral sources. The VP of Marketing will train, mentor, and supervise the marketing teams within each facility, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies. This VP will also play a critical role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with healthcare professionals at a very high level, including heads of case management, hospital administrators, and other key referral source leadership, ensuring a consistent pipeline of patients for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing teams across the individual facilities, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company objectives.
- Establish a framework for consistent and effective marketing strategies across all facilities.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the marketing teams to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase Cascades Healthcare brand awareness, drive patient referrals, to support the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with the executive team in Provo, UT to define long-term marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and community-based channels.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with leadership of referral sources and other healthcare providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile referral sources, ensuring ongoing communication and partnership development.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local networking events to establish new connections and strengthen existing relationships.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's branding efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing materials, social media platforms, and external communications.
- Monitor public perception and reputation, implementing strategies to enhance the company's image within the healthcare community.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and refine strategies to meet company goals.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. SNF/Long-Term Care experience is HIGHLY preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing marketing teams across multiple locations or regions.
- Strong understanding of patient referral systems and SNF/ALF healthcare marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently to various company locations in Utah, Idaho, Washington State, Texas, and Nebraska.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
