As a Product Manager on the Traction Complete team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering successful software development projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time. You will coordinate with developers, QA professionals, our QA automation team, as well as product managers and our executive team, in order to drive the continuous development of Traction Complete's products, as it grows into an end-to-end Go-To-Market automation suite on the Salesforce Platform.
You will help push our delivery team to new heights by driving release timelines, roadmap and backlog organization, requirements elaboration, and managing development sprints to ensure consistency and reliability in deliverables and timelines.

Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is 90K - 110K.
Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package includes additional components such as equity and benefits.

- Minimum 4+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Able to interact directly with end users as well as technical stakeholders to ensure an optimal solution against multiple factors and tradeoffs
- Ability to understand cost-benefit and communicate your decisions effectively to senior leadership
- Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Sales Operations experience is an asset
What You Will Be Doing
- Determining and prioritizing the needs of user personas, value drivers, and key requirements to get to wide adoption
- Developing the user research agenda, interview guide, and scoring criteria to identify primary user personas, value propositions
- Presenting and recruiting early adopters needed to iterate on the solution
- Conduct interviews within all stages of concept development, UI prototyping, and roadmapping to validate and ensure company adoption / interest
- Along with a Product Owner, create and prioritize user stories for primary and secondary user personas
- Develop a feature prioritization matrix including conducting conjoint and competitive analysis
- Identify and investigate competitive and complementary solutions
- Build and present a recommended product strategy & roadmap for your product set to executive stakeholders, updated on a quarterly basis
- Connect and engage with industry groups, ISVs, researchers, and advocates to keep up with the latest trends in GTM Operations to inform and guide our product strategy
- Assists in internal and external advocacy and education
