This leader will be instrumental in transforming and scaling Company's technical operations, platform infrastructure, health program execution, and supporting services. The Leader of Operations will oversee execution teams, driving operational excellence, maintain compliance with industry standards, and fostering collaboration with senior leadership and business partners to craft strategies for long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities of the Leader of Operations shall include as listed below:

• Leading all aspects of Technical Operations, Data Infrastructure, Program Operations, Production Support, IT Support and Network Operations Centre (NOC), SOC.
• Driving strategic planning for technology operations aligned with company goals, while optimizing resource utilization and spend.
• Managing onshore and offshore teams, focusing on building operational capabilities through training, mentoring, and a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Modernizing IT services, infrastructure and enterprise applications, and leading change management initiatives for operational best practices.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance data acquisition and resolve product issues impacting health programs.
• Maintain adherence to industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA), overseeing 24/7 IT operations, and directing IT governance processes to maintain alignment with company objectives.

This role is essential to complete the successful transition, transformation and scalability of the Company's operations, providing leadership throughout the transition phase.
