What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle - from qualified lead to signed deal. You'll partner closely with company leadership and product teams to shape our sales strategy and bring real value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery, demo, negotiation, and close for mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across insurance and insurtech verticals
  • Understand customer pain points and map them to high-impact AI solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed revenue goals
About You
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or regulated industries
  • You have a track record of exceeding quota and driving new business
  • You're skilled at simplifying complex solutions and tailoring your pitch to your audience
  • You're proactive, resourceful, and thrive in environments where you help build the playbook
  • Bonus: You've sold into insurance, fintech, or similar highly specialized spaces
