Description:

The Director of Operations will be responsible for driving operational strategy, leading project management initiatives, and managing cross-functional change efforts at KLAS. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role requires a leader who can work collaboratively across all functional departments, including Research, Delivery, Engagement, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to develop and execute thorough operational business plans that optimize for innovation, efficiency, quality, and growth, thus enabling the ongoing delivery of ever more timely insights, collaboration, and transparency in support of our mission to improve the world's healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management for major cross-functional strategic initiatives (i.e., PMO).
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize internal processes, improving speed and quality of deliverables.
  • Provide project management leadership across the KLAS Research portfolio, improving project lead times, optimizing internal utilization, and ensuring release readiness across a diverse range of content delivery modalities.
  • Utilize project management software tools to streamline operations.
  • Deliver executive presentations and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and mentor teams.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience leading project/program management, operations, or strategy teams.
  • Proven track record in change management and operational strategy.
  • Expertise in project management leadership and product launch readiness.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools.
  • Exceptional executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
The base salary for this role starts at $140,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
