Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other essential construction documents.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Experience in commercial construction, especially in Interior Systems, Controlled Environments, or Mechanical Systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
