Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee luxury residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to both
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and standards
• Experience managing luxury or high-end residential projects is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
