- IBM TRIRIGA Certified and experience (5+ years) with configuration/development and CAFM/IWMS Development.
- Recent experience working with Facility Management, Lease Contract Administration, or Real Estate Administration modules and IBM FileNet Content Manager.
- The Contractor's Key Personnel for the IT Application Developer Lead Analyst must also have specialized, demonstrated, functional and technical experience in all or portions of the following areas:
- Sufficient knowledge of CAFM design to provide in-depth subject matter expertise for conversion activities to IWMS/CAFM 2.0 (IBM TRIRIGA latest version).
- Configuring workflows based upon multiple input fields and user-provided data.
- Configuring system Forms with optional fields, locator queries, and support for multiple forms based on workflow and security.
- Configuring state family options.
- Configuring system security via security manager.
- Performance tuning workflows to run faster.
- Creating custom BIRT and TRIRIGA reports/queries.
- Reading TRIRIGA system logs, workflow error logs, and TRIRIGA web logs.
- Migrating and upgrading TRIRIGA or a similar system.
- Implementing modules such as:
- Workplace Management
- Facilities Assessment and Management
- Finance and Account Receivables
- TRIRIGA Real Estate Environmental Sustainability (TREES)
- Lease Administration, Project Management, Space Management
- Facilities Assessment
- Experience working in a multi-stage environment.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Experience working in a real estate, development and/or facility management firm or organization.
- Experience in documentation and analysis of business processes.
- Experience developing and supporting Invoice Reports including Time and Materials.
- Experience working with Lease Contracts including Payment Schedule data.
- Experience working with a hosting vendor.
- Experience writing SQL.
- Experience tuning WebSphere and setting up multiple instances.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses.
- Ability to pay attention to details with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interface with business users, infrastructure teams and application teams; ability to multi-task; team player; detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work requirements and allocate resources accordingly
Description of Tasks:
- Provide rough order of magnitude (ROM) and level of effort (LOE) estimates for enhancements, fixes, and projects.
- Obtain a detailed functional and technical understanding.
- Participate in meetings and provide input for the design.
- Write business requirements documents.
- Configure in accordance with the business and technical specifications.
- Create and modify workflows in the Workflow Builder.
- Create and modify State Transitions.
- Identify bottlenecks for system performance in a TRIRIGA system including analyzing AWR reports, application log files, TRIRIGA workflow design, and system utilization statistics.
- Assist in TRIRIGA Application & Platform upgrades.
- Work on support tickets from the CAFM clientele.
- Report development in BIRT.
- IBM FileNet Content Manager.
- Perform configuration work in a TRIRIGA system including adding fields in the Data Modeler and Form Builder.
- Create and modify TRIRIGA Queries.
- Create and modify Extended Formulae in TRIRIGA.
- Perform Object Migration to migrate configurations across the environments.
- Write technical specification documents.
- Facilitate and support meetings including taking meeting notes.
- Write test scripts and perform unit tests.
- Update the SQL script used for a data extract from the Oracle database.
- Communicate and document releases and system changes.
- Update the SQL script used for a data extract from the Oracle database.
- Resolve issues with the Data Export Interface.
- SaaS migration and support.
- Data conversion support from CAFM 1.0 to IWMS/CAFM 2.0.
- Weekly and Monthly Status Report.

- Role is Remote
- Initial phone interviews may be conducted via Skype, Teams, etc. Final interviews may be conducted via Skype, Teams, etc. or will be on-site at the Judicial Council of California in San Francisco, CA
