Job Responsibilities:
- ssist team with day-to-day exec office operation
- Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events
- Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for team
- Creates data management plans and manages data by using the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools.
- Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and acts as an information resource to the business group.
- nticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group.
- Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests.
- Serve as backup support to the team as needed and provide administrative support and process requests on behalf of the EPC admin team.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.
- Drive for improvements within our business process and resources.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers both internally and externally.
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
- Have effective written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 2-4 years of executive administrative/project management work experience supporting high level leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience working in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- bility to interface at the exec-level with customers and partners both internal and external.
- Knowledge of internal Microsoft Office products a required.
- Possess drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
