We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules, with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, processing, and compliance. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support payroll operations within the HCM Cloud environment.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules, with hands-on experience in payroll configuration, processing, and compliance. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support payroll operations within the HCM Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Perform payroll-related setups including elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and third-party payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Finance for seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including discrepancies and system errors.
- Conduct testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing) during implementation or patch updates.
- Support year-end processing activities including W-2s, tax filing, and reconciliation.
- Generate and maintain payroll reports and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide training and support to end users on payroll functionalities within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll regulations (or regional if applicable).
- Proficient in Oracle Payroll configurations - fast formulas, payroll elements, balance definitions, costing, etc.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and data uploads (HDL, HSDL).
- Familiarity with integrations between Payroll and modules like Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple country payrolls (if applicable).
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and their impact on payroll functionality.
- Prior involvement in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements.
