As a Program Engineer, your key responsibilities will be to support and provide program technical support for the pursuit and execution of projects. You will address technical issues across all projects, develop technical narratives that are required in the pursuit phase, coordinate and review design deliverables produced by design partners and provide technical support of field operations issues if and when they arise. The salary range for this position is $129,000 - $194,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within the Oil and Gas industry, Trenchless industry (Pipe Jacking, Microtunneling, Directional Drilling, Direct Pipe, etc.) or related
- Understanding and experience with win strategies, cost estimating, project scheduling and technical writing
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience with Primavera, HCSS, B2W
- Experienced in communicating and conveying technical concepts internally, to clients and 3rd parties
- Ability to travel for work
