About the Team: The successful candidate will be part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Organization. The team's objective is to enhance stakeholder engagement and confidence by formalizing and operationalizing data democratization, data governance, and a data quality framework.
About the Role: As a Lead Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of business data strategy initiatives and contributing to data enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of the organization's data strategy and roadmap for data management.
Program Management: Lead the overall program management of data initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
360-Degree Customer View: Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of customer data, integrating information from various touchpoints to create a complete picture of customer interactions and behaviors. This holistic view will enable personalized customer experiences and predictive analytics.
Data Modeling: Utilize analytics techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets and develop data models to support analytics initiatives, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
Data Enablement: Drive data enablement initiatives, including data access and data analytics capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data infrastructure and tools that enable self-service analytics, data discovery, and data-driven insights.
Data Quality and Governance: Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and data cleansing processes to maintain accurate and reliable data.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their data needs, challenges, and priorities.
Change Management: Support organizational change management efforts related to data strategy adoption.
Performance Measurement: Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of data strategy initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights for decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data strategy and data management.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in an analytics role, developing and implementing data strategies, including data enablement and data governance programs.
Experience in an operations analytic role, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge of data strategy frameworks, concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive decisions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
