Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports and analyses that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee annual budgeting and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Provide actionable insights through financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and financial impacts.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the executive team, participating in business strategy discussions and planning.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 + years' experience in a Controller or similar senior financial leadership role in manufacturing Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost analysis in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven success leading finance teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience across supply chain functions including procurement, inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
