As a CBRE Director - Salesforce Product Management, you will provide strategic leadership, set the product vision and roadmap, and lead teams to deliver value on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches.
What You'll Do:
- Help oversee the Salesforce product development based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Plan, design, and implement products and their extensions throughout all stages of their lifecycle.
- Supervise employees, monitor staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees
- Act as a business partner to initiate process improvements
- Collaborate with executive management to optimize operations and support the business
- Develop partnerships with other internal and external teams
- Apply knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers affecting performance
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Persuade managers and colleagues to act based on the organization's business plans
- Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers to achieve common goals
- Identify and tackle sophisticated operational and organizational problems using appropriate resources
- Improve and update existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring expectations, and handling problems
- Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple global departments
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Data and AI knowledge is a plus
