- Plan and execute projects throughout the product lifecycle
- Gather and prioritize project and customer requirements
- Define the project vision
- Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, assembly and test, and other support areas
- Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Collaborate with the Operations Group to incorporate the customer's contract and statement of work requirements into existing procedures
- BS degree in Engineering, BSME ideal
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Our Client
- Ability to manage in both good and difficult situations with many projects running concurrently in varied phases including bid and proposal
- Ability to read drawings and understand multi-level BOMs
