We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and objectives, manage all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety, and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
The role predominantly involves day shifts but requires some flexibility at times.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and objectives, manage all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety, and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Continually assess production flow and make required changes based on product mix and personnel to maximize efficiency using sustainable tools such as Lean and problem-solving.
- Hold supervisors and leads accountable for department output and efficiency.
- Manage materials by reviewing weekly counts and ensuring high lead time materials are monitored by department leads and supervisors so replacement stock orders are handled proactively.
- Validate usage is in line with work output based on mix.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations on direct reports.
- Maintain and propose KPIs to improve business performance centered around Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost Controls.
- Strong manufacturing experience with units designed to order.
- Proven track record in managing a manufacturing plant and ensuring production targets are met.
- Technical grounding through formal training or specific experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement production plans and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not critical).
